In this appeal, we are presented with the following issues: (1) whether the district court abused its discretion by allowing the government to introduce testimony to prove the contents of a recorded conversation, in addition to the inaudible recording itself; and (2) whether the actions of the Georgia Highway Patrol in conducting a roadblock under the directions of the Drug Enforcement Agency should be held unlawful and set aside.
