—Judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County (Joan Carey, J.), rendered July 12, 1991, convicting defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of attempted criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree and sentencing him to an indeterminate term of imprisonment of 2 to 4 years, reversed, the order of the same court and Justice, entered on or about March 8, 1991, which denied defendant’s motion to suppress evidence, reversed, the motion granted, and the indictment dismissed.
