—Judgment, Supreme *447Court, New York County (Paul E. Bookson, J.), rendered December 15, 1992, which convicted defendant, after a jury trial, of robbery in the first degree and, upon his plea of guilty, of robbery in the second degree, and sentenced him, as a second felony offender, to concurrent terms of IIV2 to 23 years and 4 to 8 years, respectively, unanimously affirmed.
