This suit in equity comes before us on the appeals of the defendants Hartney and Amalia from the final decree. After hearing, the judge filed a “Statement of Findings, Rulings and Order for [interlocutory] Decree.” *408Material findings of the judge may be summarized as follows. The plaintiff is a corporation engaged in the business of tree surgery and “allied undertakings.” It pursues that business throughout the United States.
