This case arises out of a lawsuit between Plaintiff, Berry Plastics Corporation, and its 'former customer, Packgen, which resulted in a $7.2 million jury verdict against Berry. Packgen v. Berry Plastics Corp., et al., Cause No. 2:12-cv-80-JAW (D. Maine).
