Plaintiff Frontier Energy, LLC (“Frontier” or “Plaintiff’) and Defendant Aurora Energy, Ltd. (“Aurora” or “Defendant”) 1 are parties to two oil and gas leases referred to in this adversary proceeding as the Hudson Agreement and the Corwith Agreement (collectively ' the “Agreements”).
