Certiorari to the industrial commission to review an order denying recovery for medical and surgical expenses incurred by the employe.

While employed by the city of Austin on January 26, 1935, relator suffered a very serious accident with resulting painful and lasting injuries all arising out of and in the course of his employment. He was taken to a hospital and placed under the care of Dr. Hertel, a physician selected by the employer and its insurer.
