Certiorari to the industrial commission.
Eelator was employed by the city of St. Paul as a fireman. On December 29, 1938, he suffered an injury during the course of his employment. Upon entering the hospital, relator requested and obtained his family physician, Dr. H. A. Molander, to render the necessary medical attention. Eelator refused treatment by doctors designated by the city to minister to employes injured in the line of duty.
