This is an appeal by William Hosea Martin from an order holding him in contempt and sentencing him to six months on the State road force for his failure to comply with the provisions of a divorce decree confirming a “property setdement contract or agreement” between Martin and his former wife, Iris Louise Martin, which agreement was incorporated by reference and made a part of the court’s decree.
