This is an action to foreclose a contract of purchase, but the ultimate purpose is to determine who among the parties has succeeded to the interest of L. L. Evans to 120 acres of land described in the complaint. Upon the trial the district court found and decreed title in the Boise-Payette Lumber Company by virtue of a judgment entered in favor of the lumber company in an action to foreclose a materialman’s lien.
