MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter comes before the Court on motions for summary judgment pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56 incorporated by Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 7056 filed by Bernard Chaitman (the “Trustee”) as trustee for the estate of Candy Braz, Inc. (“Candy Braz”) on objections to the allowance of claims filed by Mahmud Issa Mohmad Saleh (“Issa”) and Ibrehim Sayes (“Sayes”) and on cross motions for summary judgment filed by Issa and Sayes.
