MEMORANDUM OPINION
COOPER, District Judge.
Plaintiff Margaret Miller (“Miller”) alleges that she was defrauded out of a half-interest in certain real property located in Maryland when defendants Kim Mackie (“Mackie”) and Maureen McFarlane (“McFarlane”) traveled to her home in New Jersey and obtained her signature on a quitclaim deed.
