This appeal brings up for review a judgment of the county court of Lake county in a proceeding to condemn one acre of land for a school house site. The petition was filed by the trustees of township 43, range 12, east, in Lake county, for the use of school district No. 112. School district No. 112 is located partly in Deerfield township' and the remainder in Vernon township. The school house site in controversy is w'holly within Deerfield township.
