This case is before the Court on the government’s motion to sever and dismiss the action with respect to certain entries, to *1040wit: 86-404426-0, 86-404685-7, 86-404650-1, 86-405275-7, 86-406873-8,86-779257-7, 86-409184-4, and 86-811549-6. The plaintiff New Zealand Lamb Co., Inc. does not object to the severance, but opposes the motion to dismiss and cross-moves for judgment on the pleadings. The Court severs the entries, and grants plaintiffs motion for judgment on the pleadings.
