This is an appeal from an order of the district court denying a motion to amend findings of fact, conclusion's of law, and order for judgment or, in the alternative, for a new trial in an action involving foreclosure of several mechanics liens. The case involves essentially a dispute between the holder of a mortgage on the property and the mechanics lien claimants.
