Providian National Bank and Providian Financial Corporation (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Providian")1 appeal from an order of the Bullock Circuit Court, in which claims asserted by Calvin Pritchett and James Joyner, former holders of Visa credit cards issued by Providian National Bank, were certified for class treatment pursuant to Rule 23(b)(2) and (b)(3), Ala.R.Civ.P. We vacate the class-certification order and remand.
