This appeal follows a verdict recovered by plaintiffs’ decedent for personal injuries and is from an order denying a new trial and granting indemnity to two of the codefendants against the others. The action was brought by Marie P. Daly against James and Robert Duffy, doing business as Duffy Brothers, who operated a grocery and general retail merchandise store in the village of Rosemount.
