This cause was submitted in this Court on September 7, 1955, and at the request of the parties oral argument was heard on the 23rd dajr of Noyember, 1955. At this time a request was made to amend appellants’ brief or file a substitute in lieu of the original, so that another and different theory. might be -urged as a, ground for the reversal of the trial court’s judgment. This request to amend the brief has been considered by the Court and is refused, as the amendment requested would require the filing of new and different points of error áfter the case had been submitted and…
