A. INTRODUCTION

The matters before us — a motion in the main case to determine whether a certain trademark licensing agreement is an exec-utory contract and for relief under 11 U.S. C. §§ 362 and 365 flowing therefrom and the instant adversary proceeding seeking injunctive relief for breach of the aforesaid licensing agreement — require us to enter waters previously uncharted by us, i.e., the law of trademarks. We hold that, contrary to a series of arguments presented by the Debtor-Defendant, the trademarks in issue are the property of the Plaintiff…
