Plaintiff Deborah Hooper (also known as Deborah Tripp) brings this action seeking judicial review of a final determination by defendant Carolyn Colvin, Acting Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner”), denying Hooper’s application for Disability Insurance Benefits (“DIB”) and Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”). At the Court’s direction, the parties filed a joint stipulation that set out their respective positions in lieu of cross-motions for judgment on the pleadings.
