BOND, Chief Justice.

The parties will be designated as in the court below. Plaintiff Dallas Post Card Company, a corporation, instituted this suit against defendant Le Roy Moore for damages resulting from -having been misled by fraudulent concealment and representations by defendant in purchasing a sizeable quantity of worthless' and dangerous electric fuse plugs as a part of the articles of merchandise involved in sale of a whole sale post card business, good will, and name “Dallas Post Card Company.” At the time of the transaction from which this suit arose, plaintiff was in contemplation of…
