In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the respondent Board of Standards and Appeals of the City of New York, dated October 6, 1987, which, after a hearing, denied an application of the petitioner for a use *768variance, the petitioner appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Dowd, J.), dated April 26, 1988, which dismissed the proceeding.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with costs.
