BAUM, Chief Judge:
Appellant was tried by a special court-martial, military judge alone. Contrary to his pleas, he was convicted of the following offenses: one specification of unauthorized absence, one specification of willfully disobeying a lawful order, one specification of larceny, three specifications of assault, and one specification of disorderly conduct, in violation of Articles 86, 90, 121, 128, and 134 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 USC §§ 886, 890, 921, 928, and 934, respectively.
