D.W. NELSON, Senior Circuit Judge:
Oren D. Hoopai (“Hoopai”) appeals the district court’s summary judgment order upholding the Commissioner of Social Security’s denial of his application for disability insurance benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act. Hoopai’s alleged disability was based on back pain and depres sion. We have jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291, and we affirm.
