Plaintiff and defendants entered into a sealed contract, whereby plaintiff agreed with defendants “to do or cause to be done all the excavation and masonry, ■including all brick and stone work, furnishing all miterials for the same, except cut stone, for the erection and com*435pletion of a three story business house ” in Saint Paul, in accordance with plans and specifications and details of the same.
