METZGER, Judge.

Christine A. Larsen-Oldaker, claimant, seeks review of a final order of the Industrial Commission which disqualified her from receiving unemployment benefits. We set aside the order and remand for further findings.

Claimant was employed as senior layout technician for Butler Computer Graphics (employer). Claimant’s supervisor testified that, shortly after she was placed in claimant’s department, she became concerned about claimant’s frequent tardiness, her attitude about certain work standards and functions, her ability to follow instructions given by senior staff members, and…
