LYNNE, District Judge:

This appeal involves the chameleon-like concept of procedural due process. While recent Supreme Court discussions on the subject are devoted to common law garnishment, attachment, and sequestration actions, the court below dealt with Supplemental Rule for Admiralty B(l), Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, which authorizes the attachment of maritime property to obtain jurisdiction over a foreign defendant.
