After a Federal judge dismissed the plaintiffs’ action in the United States District Court against the town and various town officials for allegedly depriving them of their property rights and due process in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1983, the plaintiffs filed this action in the Superior Court alleging the same wrongs in violation of the Massachusetts *514Civil Rights Act, G. L. c. 12, §§ 11H and 111. The defendants filed a motion for summary judgment.
