Plaintiff Larry Winfrey brings suit against Hartford Life and Accident Insurance Company and Group Long Term Disability Plan for Employees of Spirit Aero-systems, Inc. (collectively “Hartford”) for recovery of benefits under a disability insurance policy. Before the Court are two motions for summary judgment: one by Winfrey and the other by Hartford.
