The defendant, Oles J. Baptiste, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, on charges of one count of assault of a peace officer in violation of General Statutes § 53a-167c (a) and two counts of interfering with an officer in violation of General Statutes § 53a-167a (a).
