FOWLER, SPECIAL JUDGE.
This is a will contest. The alleged testator was C. P. Rogers, a resident of Hawkins county, Tennessee, who died October 28, 1945, at the age of seventy-eight years.
Mr. Rogers’ first wife died in 1907. They had seven children, of whom two predeceased the testator and left no issue. Another child had died before the testator leaving three children surviving, namely, C. M. Reasor, Imogene Reasor and Mary Reasor, who, together with the four surviving children of the testator, Mrs. Willie L.
