The State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers sought to enjoin Owen F. Rogers from the practice of engineering, or in the use of the title “Mechanical Designer” or any other title which might imply that he is a professional engineer, or from performing any service or work recognized by engineering or educational authorities to constitute engineering.
