Appellant secured a judgment against Boyd & Phipps, in the Madison Chancery Court, on October 25, 1924, in the sum of $700 and interest. It did nothing to collect said judgment until July 7, 1927, when it caused an execution to be issued by the clerk of said court and delivered to the sheriff, who promptly went to the vicinity of the residence of the judgment debtors and made inquiry as to what property, if any, they owned, and was, advised that they did not own anything of value.
