Alkaril Chemicals, Inc. (“Alkaril”) appeals from the judgment of the trial court, based upon a jury verdict, in favor of Anthony J. O’Lenick, Jr., on his claim that Alkaril breached a contract to pay a performance bonus. Alkaril denies that any such contract was agreed upon and asserts that the trial court erred by denying its motions for a directed verdict and for judgment n.o.v. on grounds related to the existence or the enforceability of the promise.
