In this cofitract case, defendant, Albert Reifschneider, appeals a judgment in favor of plaintiff, Colorado-Kansas Grain Company. We affirm.

The facts, in part as found by the trial court, are as follows: Plaintiff is a merchandiser of agricultural commodities with its principal place of- business in Lamar, Prowers County, Colorado. Defendant was raised on a farm and has been a farmer since 1957.
