Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: On March 4, 1993, defendant served the People with a demand to produce any tapes that the People intended to introduce at trial. On January 27, 1995, six days prior to trial, the People disclosed that they intended to introduce previously undisclosed 911 tapes. Defense counsel moved to preclude and, in the alternative, sought a *907continuance to conduct an investigation into the identity of the 911 callers.
