STROUD, Judge.

Defendant was convicted by a jury of trafficking in cocaine by transportation, trafficking in cocaine by possession, possession with intent to sell and deliver more than 1 %. oz of marijuana, and carrying a concealed handgun. Defendant filed a “Petition for Writ of Certiorari” as to his two trafficking charges; this Court allowed the petition. Defendant argues the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress and thereby admitting “the evidence seized from his car” and “his pretrial statements.” (Original in all caps.)
