Defendant Timothy Austin was found guilty of robbery with a dangerous weapon and sentenced to serve twenty years in prison. Defendant asserts the following as error on appeal: (1) the trial court’s failure to find that the State’s peremptory challenge of one black juror violated his constitutional right to a trial by a jury of his peers; (2) the trial court’s requirement that defendant explain his peremptory jury challenges; (3) the trial court’s denial of defendant’s motions to suppress the use of certain evidence, and of an in-court identification made by a State’s witness;…
