The only question at issue in this case is whether the lessor was given constructive notice by the recordation of the purported chattel mortgage which on its face was in notarial form and regular in every respect, and which had been signed in good faith by every person required by law. The only defect in the instrument was discovered at the trial of the case and this was that the mort'gagor, the mortgagee, the two witnesses, and *781tte notary public did not sign the document at the same sitting- in the presence of each other.
