NATURE OF CASE

We granted a petition for further review filed by Jedidiah P. to consider whether the Lancaster County Separate Juvenile Court had jurisdiction to enter a dispositional order despite the pend-ency of an appeal from an adjudication order. The Nebraska Court of Appeals concluded that the separate juvenile court had jurisdiction and that the adjudication order was supported by sufficient evidence. See In re Interest of Jedidiah P., Nos.
