This appeal presents the question whether a district court has jurisdiction to grant grandparent visitation under Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 43-1802 and 43-1803 (Reissue 1998) when ajuvenile court has previously assumed jurisdiction under Neb. Rev. Stat. § 43-247(3) (Reissue 1998). Joseph Ponseigo and Margaret Ponseigo appeal the district court’s order vacating a decree that awarded them grandparent visitation.
