Plaintiffs-respondents Pierde Trunnell and Cecil M. Trunnell own the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section eight, Township four North, Range five, West of the Boise Meridian, Canyon County, of which land respondents Gerald Trunnell and his wife Doris Trunnell are the tenants in possession.
