The defendant, Raymond Currier appeals from a judgment entered by the Superior Court (Cumberland County) convicting him of unlawful trafficking in a schedule Z drug, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 1103 (1983) (Class C) and theft by receiving stolen property, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 359 (1983) (Class C) after a jury found him guilty of those offenses.
