The executors of Henry A. Showalter filed their bill in the circuit court of Augusta county, in which they show that their testator ’ departed this life on the 1st day of October, 1905, having first made his last will and testament, bearing date on the 15th day of May, 1903, with various codicils thereto attached; that his will was admitted to probate, and his executors qualified, on the 7th day of that month; that by the first and second clauses of said will certain provisions were made for Elizabeth E.
