Debtors Richard Albert Smoker and Phyllis Ann Smoker appeal from a final decision of the United States Bankruptcy Court granting summary judgment to Hill & Associates, Inc. (“Hill”), concerning Hill’s Motion for Relief from Stay, Abandonment and Adequate Protection, and the debtors’ objection thereto. Specifically, the bankruptcy court’s decision lifted the automatic stay with respect to certain insurance commissions (and proceeds therefrom) in which Hill asserts a security interest.
