Reversing.

On June 30th, 1913, C. C. Ates died, a resident of Fulton county. He was survived by his wife, Belle Ates, and two children by a former marriage, Effie M. Baltzell and Minnie Ellen Lilly. At the time of his death his life was insured in favor of his wife for $1,000.00, and he owned a residence in the city of Fulton worth about $1,800.00.
