MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

ROGERS, District Judge.

On July 26, 1991, the court held a hearing on a number of pretrial motions filed by the defendants. The purpose of this memorandum and order is to memorialize the rulings made by the court at the hearing and to address the unresolved motions. In resolving these motions, the court recognizes, pursuant to the order of the magistrate judge, that each defendant is deemed to have joined in all motions not “opted out” of within three days after filing. The court notes that none of the defendants has opted out from the motions filed by co-defendants.…
