MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
SMITH, District Judge.
Plaintiff Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island (“Blue Cross”) has moved to disqualify the undersigned Judge from presiding over this action pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 455(b)(2). Blue Cross asserts that two attorneys with whom this Judge was previously associated in the law firm of Edwards & Angelí, LLP (“E & A”) represented Delta Dental before the Rhode Island Department of Business Regulation (“DBR”), allegedly in connection with “this matter,” and may be “material witnesses” to certain aspects of the case.
