*940WILKINS, Justice:

11 A jury found defendant Flint Wayne Harrison guilty of first degree rape and see-ond degree forcible sexual abuse, violations of sections 76-5402 and 76-5-404 of the Utah Code. Defendant appeals, arguing that procedures that occurred at trial deprived him of his constitutional right to a fair trial. We reverse and remand for a new trial.
