Howard Banks petitions this court for review of the Court of Appeals’ decision affirming his jury convictions of two counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child. Banks argues: (1) The trial court erred in failing to instruct the jury it must unanimously agree which act or acts it believed Banks committed, (2) the trial court erred in admitting the victim’s hearsay statement, (3) the trial court erred in instructing the jury on the lesser included offenses of battery and attempted aggravated indecent liberties with a child, and (4)…
